A more intentional approach to healing

I help people make sense of complex symptoms through an approach that blends conventional, integrative, and functional medicine while supporting each person in finding their own path toward healing.

A more intentional approach to healing

Many people living with chronic symptoms are left feeling overwhelmed by fragmented information, quick fixes, and approaches that fail to address the bigger picture. In reality, healing is often more gradual and individualized, unfolding through understanding, experimentation, support, and meaningful changes over time.

Root-Cause Understanding

Looking upstream to understand the forces influencing symptoms.

Physiology First

Supporting nervous system regulation, sleep, metabolism, inflammation, and behavior change.

Healing in Community

Shared learning, support, accountability, and human connection.

Practical Implementation

Translating complex health concepts into realistic daily practices.
