2. Medical Care vs Educational Content

Susan Payrovi, MD provides clinical medical services through a separate physician-patient relationship established through formal intake, consent, and participation in the medical practice.

TRUE Medicine educational community programs are separate from clinical medical care.

Educational community programs may include:

• Recorded educational content
• General health education
• Lifestyle education
• Community discussions
• Educational coaching support
• Guest experts
• Educational resources

Participation in educational community programs does not establish a physician-patient relationship unless you separately enroll as a patient of Susan Payrovi, MD.

Educational content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended to replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

4. Educational Community Memberships

TRUE Medicine may offer educational community memberships on a quarterly or annual basis.

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

To avoid renewal charges:

• Quarterly memberships must be canceled at least thirty (30) days prior to the upcoming renewal date.
• Annual memberships must be canceled prior to the applicable renewal date.

Members who cancel before the applicable renewal period may continue to access membership content through the end of the paid membership term.

Except where otherwise required by law, membership fees are non-refundable once a renewal term begins.

We reserve the right to modify membership offerings, pricing, features, or access at any time.

5. Educational Coaching Services

TRUE Medicine may utilize independent contractor coaching staff, including health and lifestyle coaches.

Coaching staff:

• are not physicians,
• do not provide medical advice,
• do not diagnose medical conditions,
• and do not establish physician-patient relationships.

Coaching services are educational and supportive in nature only.

Any medical concerns should be directed to your physician or qualified healthcare provider.

6. Communications

Messages are not monitored continuously.

Do not use email, text messaging, Website forms, or community platforms for emergencies or urgent medical concerns.

If you are experiencing concerning symptoms or a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.

Clinical communication for established patients should occur through the designated patient portal.

We cannot guarantee the privacy or security of communications sent through standard email or other non-secure platforms.
