Approach
Sleep challenges are often connected to broader patterns involving stress, lifestyle habits, inflammation, medical conditions, and our relationship with both the modern world and night itself. Inspired by Dr. Rubin Naiman's Healing Night, this book-circle program explores our relationship with night, darkness, and rest. Together, we examine how living in greater harmony with natural rhythms, environmental cues, and daily and evening routines can support restorative sleep, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
